2025 State Championships
Race local and race for a state title at USA Triathlon State Championships! Organized by local USA Triathlon Race Directors, State Championships bring together your local multisport community and offer you the chance to race against the best athletes in your state and region. Also, race a State Championship and qualify for USA Triathlon Sprint and Olympic-Distance National Championships!
All State Championships include a non-drafting sprint and Olympic-distance triathlon as well as a high school division in the sprint or super-sprint race. Many State Championships also offer aquathlon (swim-run), aquabike (swim-bike) and/or duathlon (run-bike-run) races, so bring a friend and introduce them to multisport

Note: California, Florida and Texas include North and South State Championships events.
Those states without a State Championship are combined with a State Championship in an adjoining state.
USA Triathlon is working with local race directors for the location of the North Carolina State Championship, while being sensitive to the significant impact Hurricane Helene had at many of the state's triathlon venues.
