Athlete safety is USA Triathlon's top priority. We've teamed with the U.S. Center for SafeSport to provide members with training and resources to prevent or stop abuse in multisport.
USA Triathlon Certified race directors or those who are hosting an event with athletes aged 17 or younger must have maintain an active SafeSport training certificate and clear a background check.
