- Coaching: Led by USA Triathlon High Performance Director and 2000 Olympian Ryan Bolton, focusing on advanced techniques in swimming, cycling, and running.
- Bike Specialist: One on one session with Paraic McGlynn for bike fit and aerodynamic assessment.

- Personalized Training: Receive coaching tailored to your specific goals, whether preparing for Ironman or other elite-level events.
- Cycling Scenery: Enjoy Epic Tucson rides of varying distances including Mt. Lemmon
- Fireside Chats: Unwind from the training day chatting through training tips, recovery, nutrition, and more with Olympian Ryan Bolton.
- Elite Athlete Interaction: Campers will have the opportunity to interact with some of USAT's top elite athletes, including 2024 Paris Olympians.
- Exclusive: This camp will be capped at 10 athletes to ensure all athletes receive personalized coaching.

Meet Your Coaches#
Ryan Bolton
Ryan Bolton is the owner and founder of Bolton Endurance Sports Training (BEST), a premier coaching organization dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential. With a deep passion for endurance sports, Ryan began his journey in professional triathlon with the singular goal of competing in the Olympic Games. His exceptional running abilities, coupled with a strong background in swimming and cycling, laid the foundation for a highly successful career as a professional triathlete. In 2000, he represented the United States at the Sydney Olympics and continued to compete at the highest level in long-course triathlon, achieving numerous international victories across Olympic, Half, and Full Ironman distances.
After retiring from competitive racing in 2004, Ryan pursued graduate studies and earned a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, with a focus on stress metabolism, in 2006. This advanced education, paired with his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Physiology and extensive experience in endurance sports, equipped him with the ideal qualifications for elite-level coaching. Today, Ryan coaches a diverse range of athletes, from world-class professional triathletes and Olympians to amateur runners, cyclists, and triathletes across the globe.
Paraic McGlynn
Paraic McGlynn, Founder and Chief Technologist of Cyclologic, is a native of Ireland with over three decades of experience in coaching and working with elite athletes across Europe and the United States. A former Category 1 cyclist, Paraic transitioned from competitive racing into coaching, sports biomechanics, sports science, and performance analysis.
In 2000, Paraic moved to the United States and became co-owner of a retail store in Arizona, where he pioneered a more scientific approach to bike fitting, sports orthotics, and developed innovative cycling motion analysis techniques. Prior to founding Cyclologic, Paraic served as the Director of Serotta’s SICI Fit School and played an integral role in the development of the world’s first Cycling-Specific Wind Tunnel. He is also the lead instructor for Trek Precision Fit in North America. Through Cyclologic, Paraic supplies advanced technology to the global Precision Fit program and provides expert consulting services for Trek Bicycles.
Glenn Mills
Glenn Mills, a former competitive swimmer who made a strong impression at the 1980 Olympic Trials, has successfully transitioned from elite athlete to visionary entrepreneur. As the founder of GoSwim Productions, LLC, Mills is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of young swimmers through innovative coaching techniques and advanced technology. His journey goes beyond personal achievement; it is a passionate commitment to giving back to the sport that shaped his life and advancing the field of swimming education.
